This charming detached villa accommodates up to 6 guests and enjoys an exceptional position directly at Cala Llenya on Ibiza’s beautiful east coast. The sandy beach lies just a few steps away, directly in front of the pool terrace, while the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean are only around 100 metres from the house.

Set within approximately 1,000 m² of fully fenced Mediterranean gardens, the property offers privacy, tranquillity and a true Ibiza atmosphere. Palm trees, bougainvillea and oleander surround the villa, creating a beautiful setting for a relaxing holiday. A cosy BBQ area invites guests to enjoy long summer evenings with family and friends, while the spacious pool terrace and multiple outdoor seating areas provide plenty of room for sunbathing, reading, dining al fresco or simply unwinding under the Ibiza sun.

Casa Playa offers approximately 140 m² of living space arranged over two levels. The upper floor welcomes you into a bright and comfortable lounge with satellite TV and direct access to a generous 50 m² breakfast terrace boasting spectacular sea views. The living area flows naturally into the dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, connected by a practical breakfast bar.

Also on this level is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, together with a separate guest cloakroom.

The lower floor features a second double bedroom with its own shower room as well as a separate studio. The studio includes a cosy sitting area with a sofa bed, a twin bedroom and a private bathroom. From here you can step directly onto a spacious 50 m² terrace with shade sails and a covered BBQ area. The terrace connects seamlessly to the pool area, outdoor shower and a charming picnic spot. A private garden gate leads directly to the beach, allowing you to reach the sand within moments.

For maximum comfort, all bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas are air-conditioned, ensuring pleasant temperatures even during the hottest summer months. During spring, autumn and winter, the modern inverter air-conditioning system provides efficient heating and a cosy indoor climate.

A small beachside kiosk serving snacks and refreshments can be found directly at Cala Llenya beach. The neighbouring beach of Cala Nova, famous for its beachfront restaurants and relaxed atmosphere, is just a pleasant ten-minute walk away. During the season, a nearby convenience store provides daily essentials, while the charming hippy village of San Carlos offers a wider selection of shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The famous Las Dalias market is also just a short drive away.
